On December 30, 2008, Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation ("Vitesse" or the "Company") announced its financial results for its fiscal year ended September 30, 2008. A copy of Vitesse's press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will hold a public call to discuss its business and financial information for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at 8:00 am Eastern Time.
