Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a letter sent by Steven D. Eversole, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kentucky USA Energy, Inc. (the "Company") to the Company's shareholders, dated December 2008 and mailed on December 18, 2008.
In the letter, Mr. Eversole summarizes the Company's operations on its 2,200 acre leasehold in western Kentucky since development commenced less than six months ago.
