On November 24, 2008, International Gold Resources, Inc. (the "Company") received the resignation of Tim B. Acton, as the Company's Chief Operating Officer and from the Board of Directors effective December 31, 2008. Mr. Acton is pursuing other opportunities and had no disagreements with the Company regarding its policies, operations, or practices.
