Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On November 21, 2008, the Registrant renewed its Commercial Supply Agreement with LG Display Co., Ltd. ("LGD"), formerly named LG.Phillips LCD Co., Ltd. The renewal is effective from June 30, 2008 - the date on which the Commercial Supply Agreement had previously expired according to its terms. The term of the Commercial Supply Agreement now runs through June 30, 2009.
