On November 11, 2008, China Wind Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), announced its plans to host a conference call on November 14, 2008, to discuss its results of operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008. Copies of the Company's November 11, 2008 press release announcing the conference call and the November 14, 2008 press release announcing its earnings guidance are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
