Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Other Events, Financial Statements
On November 4, 2008, the registrant issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended September 27, 2008 and the matters described in Item 8.01 below. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated in this Item 2.02 by reference thereto.
On November 3, 2008, the Board of Directors of the registrant declared a special cash dividend in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25) per share on its outstanding Class A Common Stock payable on December 8, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2008. The special cash dividend will total $79,027,450.
