Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Financial Statements
On August 6, 2008, PhytoMedical Technologies, Inc. entered into a exclusive worldwide license agreement (the "License Agreement") with Dartmouth College to develop, market and distribute new anti-tumor bis-acridines, bis-ellipticines and bis-carbazoles known as intercalating agents developed by leading researcher, Dr. Gordon Gribble, of Dartmouth College.
A redacted copy of the exclusive worldwide License Agreement is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K dated October 21, 2008 as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
