Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On September 5, 2008, Point Blank Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has filed a protest of the Army's decision with the United States Government Accountability Office ("GAO") in relation to the Company's elimination from further consideration for award under the Army's IOTV Solicitation W91CRB-07-R-0079 (the "Solicitation"). A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
