(b) William F. Stoll, Jr., the company's Executive Vice President, Chief Legal
Officer and Corporate Secretary will be stepping down from his position
effective September 30, 2008. To better align the company's risk management and
environmental functions, those functions will no longer report to the Chief
Legal Officer and will be reassigned within the company. The company will
commence a search for Mr. Stoll's replacement.
