Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Regulation FD Dis
On August 13, 2008, China Display Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2008 and certain other information. A copy of the Company's press release announcing these financial results and certain other information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On August 14, 2008, the Company scheduled a conference call, held on Friday August 15th, to discuss its financial results for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the press release announcing the scheduling of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
