On June 12, 2008, Energy West, Incorporated ("Energy West") realigned its management team. Kevin J. Degenstein, previously Energy West's Senior Vice President of Operations, was named President and Chief Operating Officer and James W. Garrett, previously President and Chief Operating Officer, assumed the newly-created position of Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Degenstein, 49, served as Energy West's VP of Operations since September 2006. Prior to joining Energy West, Mr. Degenstein was employed by EN Engineering, an engineering consulting firm, as vice president of distribution from January 2002 until December 2003 and vice president of technology from January 2004 until August 2006.
