On March 2, 2007, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Cougar Biotechnology, Inc. (the "Company") approved and adopted an amendment to the Company's 2003 Stock Option Plan (the "Plan") to increase the number of shares of the Company's common stock authorized for issuance under the Plan from 2,344,385 to 3,344,385 shares.
