Effective January 9, 2007, Joel Cohen has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (the "Company"). There was no disagreement between Mr. Cohen and the Company regarding any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. On January 9, 2007, the Company announced via press release the appointment of Leon Assayag as its new Chief Financial Officer. The following is a brief biographical description of the recently appointed Officer.
Leon Assayag
As CFO, Mr. Assayag brings to ICP Solar more than 20 years of diverse financial and business experience. Most recently he has served as Chief Financial Officer, Director and Secretary of the Board for Noveko International Inc., a holding company listed on the Canadian TSX-Venture Exchange. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he holds a graduate diploma and a B.Com. from McGill University.
