	    -   Record Date: The record date for Matrikon's 2009 annual general
	        meeting is November 23, 2009. All shareholders of record as of this
	        date will be entitled to vote at the meeting.

	    -   Shares Outstanding: The number of common shares outstanding on
	        November 23, 2009 was 31,300,213. This represents the number of
	        eligible votes that may be cast at the annual general meeting.
