CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The directors of FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAIL - News) have declared a regular cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock of the company. The dividend is payable on November 30, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 23, 2009.
