QUINCY, Ill. (AP) -- Gardner Denver Inc. said Monday its has adopted a policy of paying quarterly dividends. The company will pay its first dividend of 5 cents per share on Dec. 10 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 23.

The company manufactures screw, vane and reciprocating compressors, among other products, that serve the chemical, petroleum and food industries.
